Affiliated club coordinator (ARRL)

In the American Radio Relay League and the Radio Amateurs of Canada, an affiliated club coordinator is the assistant to the section manager for radio club matters. The ACC is appointed by the section manager to encourage club affiliation with the national organization on a section-wide basis. The ACC post is arguably one of the more important appointments in the section field organization, as clubs are essentially a "microcosm" of the field organization: clubs incorporate many, if not all the elements of the latter. E.g., emergency communications, publicity, public service, technical expertise, local interference committees, to name but a few.

There is only one ACC appointed in each section of the American Radio Relay League Field Organization.
